Unfortunately the elephant in the room is ignored and everything else is blamed ! Also exercise and running gets a bad name !!
We stress a lot on #homeMade #food . Is that scientifically correct ? Indian home made food is high in carbs and grains !
Let's have this discussion today ! No one can have a sudden death if all the investigations were in place : the moot point being correct investigations !

Unfortunately even fitness enthusiasts don't try to evolve and understand this basic science and fill up Twitter space with false information; as I've been noting recently.
