"4-Hour Body" author @tferriss, one of my Health Sherpas, recommends eating a handful of basic meals regularly to simplify weight loss. Here are some of my favorites.

I probably have eggs 5x per week as my first meal of the day. This concoction (4 eggs, sausage, butter, guacamole, cream cheese) is VERY #keto. Total calories: 1,393, with 86% from fat, 11% protein and 3% carbs.

Charcoal-grilled steak or bunless burgers with bacon and cheese are a weekly choice

Beef Stroganoff is a favorite, and with riced cauliflower instead of regular rice it doesn't spike #insulin

Several other #LCHF favorites include:

• Salmon Chowder
• Chicken Curry Salad
• Baked granola made from with pecans, almonds, unsweetened coconut and raw pumpkin seeds.
• Meaty chili with cheese and sour cream
• Baked cheese crisps
• Brazil nuts and almonds

Our last meal of the day typically includes (or IS) this satisfying yogurt I make with half-and-half and whipping cream, with berries, string cheese and dark chocolate (85%). This yogurt is a @WilliamDavisMD recommendation. https://social-media-university-global.org/2020/05/best-yogurt-ever/
The key is to eat until satisfied while limiting #carbs, which also makes it easier to have a narrower eating window each day. By identifying a few favorite "go-to" options you get food off your mind, and you can make #weightloss more automatic.
