20 Ways To Boost Testosterone (Naturally)

***A BIG THREAD***
Testosterone levels are going down, not up.

It's bad.

- Men of ALL ages have lower testosterone than 30 years ago
- Men lose 1% testosterone per year beyond age 30

And it's ALL downsides, no upsides.

Let's try & reverse this a little...
1. CUT OUT THE BEER!

Phytoestrogens, alcohol, and the calorie dense/fattening liquid all work together to form a T-killing triumvirate with beer. Not good.

2. CUT OUT THE SUGAR!

Sugar ---> Insulin & Cortisol spike ---> T suppression

Next:
3. Get Proper Sleep!

Sleep is the foundation of low stress, low cortisol, and testosterone production.

3a. Blue Lights Off 2 hrs before bed
3b. Sunlight every morning
3c. No caffeine after 11am

4. Eat Carbs (Low Sugar) Post-Workout

Glycogen replenishment = MUSCLE
5. Eat Healthier Fats

These are the 'building blocks' of testosterone. If you guys take anything from this thread, let it be this.

You NEED to cook these foods:

- Olive oil
- Eggs
- Avocados
- Fatty Fish
- Walnuts

6. Supplement Vitamin D (Up To Daily Intake ~8,000 IU's)
7. Get To 15% BF Or Less

(One of the biggest ones).

Excess fat = Excess estrogen, which will always put an upper cap on your T levels.

8. Supplement With Magnesium

9. Drink Out Of Glasses, Not Plastic Cups

(Phytoestrogens)
10. Avoid FAKE Health Foods

Things that are branded with sexy words like 'Keto X', 'Vegan Y', 'Low Fat Z'.

It's pretty disgusting that they're allowed to get away with this.

But these foods have either high sugar, vegetable oils, canola oils, or other junk.

BAD FOR T LEVELS.
11. Skip The Peanuts

12. Avoid The BS Oils

- Vegetable Oils
- Canola Oils
- Corn Oils
- Soybean Oils

Stick to olive oil only.

13. Eat Eggs DAILY

They're packed with hormonal benefits.

14. Supplement With Zinc

15. Lift Weights EOD (Intensity Matters)
16. Get To 10+ Pull-Ups

There's no better way to ensure you're gaining muscle and losing fat, than to achieve this.

17. Talk To Attractive Women

Flirting with attractive women increases your T levels by 13%, fact.

18. Compete in SOMETHING

More:
19. Reduce Cortisol Levels

Outside of sleeping more, this means; deep breathing, warm baths, sauna, massage etc.

Also spending time in nature can be useful.

Finally:
20. Get Testogen

This is the 'complete Testosterone supplement' that includes all the supps listed in this thread - zinc, magnesium, vitamin D

It's a true all-rounder, and the only supplement where I like the ingredients: https://mixi.mn/?a=167143&c=8425&p=r
