2. Drink a glass of lukewarm water, with honey and lemon in it--- This is a great way to kickstart your digestive system and would give you the electrolytes needed.

3. Stretch and workout--- Important to stretch and warmup before heading to your workout. We just woke up, our bodies are stiff as a log. Without proper warm-up, you risk injuries.
