1. Minimum Inputs, Maximum Outputs

Shane and Rob both heavily emphasized this.

There's no such thing as an hour of silence.

Use nap times effectively & make the most of a short workout!

They both choose the best bang-for-your-buck compound exercises!!
2. HEALTHY EATING IS HARD

Create non-negotiable foods.

Shane will try to get his children to eat protein.

Rob will try to get his children to eat protein.

No matter what, get the protein in!

Shane even mentioned introducing one new food option at a time.
3. Be a role model for your children

You are your children's Superman - be their role model!

Shane and Rob said that their kids started being INTERESTED in fitness watching them all the time.
