Top Workout Mistakes to Avoid, at ALL Costs

[THREAD]
I've met people who run bro splits and work out 6x/week for years,

And still, build less muscle than those who work out 3x/week for 6 months.

We can put in as much effort as possible, but we still have to be smart about it.
1. Hitting muscle parts 1x/week

Don't fall into this trap of a bro split.

Hitting 6 different body parts 6 days/week is still less productive than 3 full-body workouts a week.

Work smart, not hard.
2. Not eating enough protein

If you're trying to build muscle, you've got to eat more protein.

Stop eating so many carbs and fats, start upping your protein intake.

Protein = muscle = strength

Don't forget!
3. Not resting/recovering

Get >7 hours of sleep per night if possible (if you're a new parent or work night shifts, it may not be possible).

Sleeping = recovering, where the muscle is built.

You break down muscle in a workout to BUILD IT when you sleep.
Going to leave you with 3 tips for today.

Train hard,

Recover more,

And eat more protein.

Work on these three before anything else!
