You're focused on fat loss.

You've been trying to lose that stubborn fat off your waist for MONTHS, if not YEARS.

Everyone is telling you about Intermittent Fasting, as if it's the key to losing weight.

Let's discuss how Intermittent Fasting can help YOU.

👇
You're looking to lose weight so you can shed the fat off your waist.

And if that's your goal, then priority #1 is to EAT LESS.

Intermittent Fasting is not a miracle fat loss system.

It's a TOOL to assist you in weight loss.
Let me hammer it into your brain.

You can fast 16+ hours a day, but if you still overeat, then Intermittent Fasting will not help you lose weight.

A single pound will NOT be lost.

😢
So if that is the case, then what should Intermittent Fasting be for,

And why is it beneficial to me?

#1. Fasting can be beneficial for psychological reasons.

The longer the fasting period, the less food you can fit in your eating window.
No longer can you stuff yourself with breakfast, lunch, dinner, and a midnight snack.

Now you have to make the responsible decision of cutting out certain meals.

Was the snack really necessary, anyway?
#2. Your relationship with food becomes less pleasure-seeking, more fuel-seeking.

No longer are you chasing the habit of munching just because you're bored,

Or chewing on food for the "mouth-feel."

You start looking to food as energy > pleasure.
The benefits may obviously be not as beneficial as you may think,

But it IS beneficial to those with an emotional attachment to food.

It is a TOOL/SYSTEM that will assist you in fitting food into an eating window.
What about the downsides?

It may not be beneficial for your eating habits.

Let's say you're already in a caloric deficit.

If you're a breakfast person and need the energy in the morning,

It's difficult to fit breakfast & dinner with a small eating window.
Will Intermittent Fasting help you in this case?

Not at all - why?

Because you're already restricting calories and you need your breakfast.

So why cut it out when you don't need to?
Let's start wrapping things up, I'm not trying to overwhelm you.

For a quick wrap-up, ask yourself this:

Can Intermittent Fasting help me eat fewer calories?

If yes, go for it.

If no, then don't bother.
