First, a little bit about me.

Growing up in sports, I always wanted to have my performance be top of the line.

I began playing soccer at 3 years old.

From 5-18, I was a 3-4 sport athlete.
My dad bought me my first weight set when I was 8 and I began bench pressing, squatting, and training arms in the garage.

Through high school, I knew that this was my calling.
I wanted to train athletes and clients to help them become the strongest and most athletic versions of themselves possible.

So after I turned 18, I got my personal training certification to begin my training career.
To-date I have worked with well over 100 clients from all walks of life.

I have trained a wide variety of athletes from:

One of major things my training them focuses on?

Building strength in the offseason to be used in-season.

I have added atleast 50-75lbs to each of the athlete’s big 3 lifts during their offseason

That’s unheard of in normal offseason training.
And they prove these results not only with their numbers, but also their performance on the field.
Your training should be based on your strength goals, but it also needs to help you identify your weaknesses.

If you don’t know why you’re weak, you’ll never get stronger.
After you’ve found your weaknesses and have trained for strength, you run hypertrophy, dynamic, and endurance based training.

Sounds easy, yeah?
Then why do you see athletes from middle school to college (even some professional athletes) running training programs that:

❌Lack intensity
❌Are inconsistent with their goals and needs
❌Don’t bring the results they want
Because they follow cookie-cutter programs that chase a pump, not strength and athleticism.
