Late-Night Eating Causes Weight Gain.

Myth or Truth?

// THREAD //
For some time it was believed that eating late at night, stops your body from metabolizing food as quickly as early in the day.
In reality, what and how much we eat during the whole day is much more important.
However, it has been shown that late-night eaters tend to make unhealthy food choices and eat more overall, due to stress, boredom, anxiety or sadness.
So, the key takeaways here are to:

1. Make healthier food choices at night.

2. Eat more fiber and protein during the day and drink more water to keep you full.

3. Eat calmly with family at the table and not in front of the TV.
