Lot of people ask me if I take any supplements. I neither take any nor recommend. Supplements are far, far less regulated than medicines. If still I have to take any supplement I look for a large branded manufacturer and look for GMP stamped on them.
I get my blood test done every six months which I get analysed . If something is not optimal, I moderate them with food and exercise. The only medicine I take is Vit D. And strive to keep sugar &maida intake as low as possible. I skip one meal as I start food with early lunch.
I do live life as mindful as possible, focusing on feeling good, staying calm in all situations. Over time I have identified diet, exercise and supplements that work best for me. And I will continue to fine tune them as I read more and learn all the evolving research.
