1. You better understand this is a long term journey, there won´t be quick results, so, fall in love with the process and enjoy.
2. It doesn´t matter whether you are a beginner or an expert, workouts should be almost the same! -> focusing on compound movements and lifting heavy.
3. Cardio won´t make you lose fat, a caloric deficit will.
4. Nobody gives a fuck if you are a beginner, just go to the gym and work out.
5. Sleep and nutrition are far more important than working out.
6. You also have abs, they are just covered by fat.
7. You can lose fat eating your favorite foods.
8. Consistency will be responsible for 100% of your results.
9. It doesn't matter the diet you follow (Keto, Vegan, Intermittent Fasting) if you don't consume fewer calories than you burn you won't lose fat.
