Is a wholefoods vegan diet nutritionally complete on any given day? Let's see!

Today I ate 3 meals + 1 snack using whole foods + a vit D supplement.

I chose meals with ingredients i had in stock & fancied at the time.

Breakfast: Choc orange chia pudding

Lunch: Scrambled tofu with half an avocado and some steamed kale.
Dinner: Buddha bowl with red quinoa, roasted sweet potato wedges, with steamed veg and a tahini dressing.
Snack: Peanut butter stuffed dates.

I made all the foods and took photos first before writing the ingredients into the app and this was my result.

These settings are for my regular requirements.

Calories spot on and nearly twice recommended protein intake.
