Let's do a quick nutrition lesson, as many people have no concept of what is a little bit or a lot of sugar. As much as it's ideal to have no sugar, it's unrealistic to have none. Your blood holds only 1 tsp = 4g of sugar - after that, it needs to be removed, as it's damaging.
1-2 tsp of sugar in coffee is a lot. 10g that some yogurts have is actually quite a bit. All boxed cereal is usually a lot (I never recommend boxed cereal) - plus the carbs will break down into more sugar! 2 packets of ketchup = 1tsp/4g of sugar. 1 coke = 39g = sugar suicide
