1-2 tsp of sugar in coffee is a lot. 10g that some yogurts have is actually quite a bit. All boxed cereal is usually a lot (I never recommend boxed cereal) - plus the carbs will break down into more sugar! 2 packets of ketchup = 1tsp/4g of sugar. 1 coke = 39g = sugar suicide
