Why your weight on the scale has been STUCK.

Your goal has been to lose weight for some time now, but you can't figure out how to consistently lose weight.

How can you make it manageable?

By doing something different.

A thread 👇
1. Find your TRUE WHY!

Your current reason isn't helping, because it's too shallow.

But ... why??

Because if your goal was so dead-set on being accomplished, you wouldn't have failed so many times.

WHY do you want to lose weight?

Think about it!
2. Backtrack your goals.

If you want to lose 40lbs, this means:
- You need to change your relationship with food
- You need to start looking at exercising as a lifestyle

Now, break down these goals into actionable steps:
- drink a gallon of water/day
- walking 10 mins/day
3. Consistency is KEY.

The goals you backtracked should be so simple you can stick to them no matter what.

Walking 10 minutes a day is a low-hanging fruit task.

Sticking to only drinking water is a low-hanging fruit task.

The easier the task, the more you can build onto!
4. Make it SUSTAINABLE

It's okay to have an indulgent meal once a week.

By enjoying/rewarding yourself for one day, you can now re-focus on the task at hand:

Eating healthy for the rest of the week!

This makes your lifestyle sustainable.
5. Start making your lifestyle around you HEALTHIER

If you're in the office, walk around the office every hour.

Stretch when you can.

Drink water often.

I've got FREE METHODS for staying active in the office.
