HOW TO BUILD MUSCLE, ANYWHERE.

Literally, anywhere.

Most people think that you need to go to a gym to get a good workout in.

If you're either travelling on the road, don't have the equipment, or locked in during the COVID times, don't fear.

Here are three ways that you can work out with AS LITTLE EQUIPMENT AS POSSIBLE!
#1

Use a backpack/bag.

Fill a backpack with heavy books, water bottles, your heaviest goods,

And use this as resistance/weight.

You can now perform weighted goblet squats, push-ups, and even single arm rows.
#2

Use your surroundings.

A chair can do wonderful things for you.

Looking for shoulder work?

Do some decline push-ups with your feet up on the chair.

Legs?

Step-up lunges, or even box jumps.
#3

Slow. Things. Down.

If you can't find anything that is too heavy to make things challenging, slow down your repetitions.

For example:

On push-ups, take 5 seconds on the way up and 5 back down.

On squats, slow down the movement as you come down before exploding up.
These are extremely simple and actionable ways you can make working out manageable no matter where you are, from your own home to a hotel room.

Zero excuses!
