After the Electoral College votes, he will acknowledge their decision. He will never outright concede. Sorkin-like fantasies of him being dragged in chains from the White House will not occur, if only because that makes for bad imagery. 2/

He may or may not participate in Inauguration Day activities, depending on how he thinks it plays on t.v. Probably not. He will then campaign for 2024, continuing to wave the bloody shirt of "we wuz robbed." 3/
