Why you suck at losing weight and maintaining a healthy figure.

(these tips are NEVER talked about...)

1. Crash diet

You believe that you can starve yourself for 3 months to get the results you want.

You end up rebounding because you didn't make any lifestyle changes.

If you eat healthy for 3 months but revert to fast food, expect weight gain.
2. Too quick of changes

New lifestyle changes need to be incorporated one by one.

Start with drinking water and cutting snacks.

Then start eating whole foods.

Then start working out.

Take things slowly, and build habits.

Otherwise, none of the changes are sustainable!
3. It takes time

Results don't happen in a week.

@samk_strength and I talk about this in our podcast, Ground Zero Fitness.

Although you've made impactful changes, it takes TIME to see results.

Trust the process and you'll see mini progress month-to-month.
4. You need to be held accountable

@tyromper talks about this in our newest podcast episode coming out on 12/10.

Social pressure can be used in a positive manner.

Tell people you won't be eating junk food in the office.

If they catch you, that's $20!
All these are just as important as the manner behind how you diet.

Take these into play immediately and I promise you'll start seeing results within the next 2-3 months!

P.S. It takes time, so be patient.
