To ensure you do not tank your sex hormones, need to start with intermittent fasting, for example a 16/8 hour window.

Important: Fast around the cycle.
Age 40 and under:
Be very careful fasting around cycle. Day 1-21 of cycle, any type of fasting is okay. On day 21-28 do NOT go into ketosis, your body needs to make Progesterone and other sex hormones.
