- Latinos (esp. in Florida) are not primarily motivated by inhumane treatment of migrants at the border
- Blacks do not want to defund the police
- Neither group is motivated by COVID "disproportionately affecting communities of color" as much as they are about the economy

Specifically about Latinos (and frankly applicable more broadly): it is a diverse group that cannot be reached with national messaging.
