A plan that fails to control #COVID19SK fails to support Saskatchewan businesses. Today, I stood with Critic for the Economy & Jobs @AleanaYoung to call for emergency action to control the spread of the pandemic and support businesses through the 2nd wave.
If we don’t take steps to contain this virus then we will see hospitals overwhelmed, schools shut down, and businesses closing.
Any action not taken now means more severe measures will have to be taken further down the road.

Cases are surging everywhere: Manitoba has entered lockdown again and Alberta is considering added measures. Governments across our country are taking action, while Scott Moe and the Sask Party seem satisfied with the status quo.
Today, as hundreds of doctors across #Saskatchewan call for action from this government, it’s time for real leadership. We need to listen to doctors, nurses, health care professionals, and learn from the experiences of other provinces.
Business owners and workers across our province deserve to know what the plan is to control the virus and what supports will be available if another lockdown is necessary.
Premier Moe is squandering the opportunity to get ahead of the second wave. We don’t need more cuts. We need real solutions that support businesses and jobs.
