Fasting can be for everybody,
But keto is definitely not.
It really comes down to the condition of the person.
Keto is good for people that are metabolically sick
But it's not optimal for people who are lean, healthy, muscular, and who want optimized T.
Quick thread.

Every diet is great depends on where you look except for vegan
For example, low carb people appeal to usually metabolically sick people who have severe metabolic conditions, serious diseases,
Or people who want longevity, cellular health, etc.

Whereas fitness people appeal to more normal people that just want to build muscle, lose extra fat, etc.
Therefore extreme approaches are not necessary for those people, naturally.
Therefore extreme approaches are not necessary for those people, naturally.
For example, I have a friend who suffers from ankylosing spondylitis,
It's literally absurd for him to listen to fitness bros,
Just as absurd for someone who listens to low-carb people to gain muscle and strength.

My conclusion is that nothing is perfect for everybody.
Every person should define their goal clearly and act according to that.
If you have severe chronic disease, don't listen to fitness people
If you want to build muscle and gain strength, don't listen to low carb people
