*Spend 10 mins thinking about and WRITE down your top 3 things your grateful for. It is so important that you write it down.
Step 2: Workout 20-30 mins. This gets your body ready to take on the challenges of the day.

*I use Youtube workout at home videos. No Excuses. 📺

Step 3: Meditation - Proven to help to control stress, anxiety, depression. 10 mins every morning.

Step 4: Personal Development. This step is going to be a constant learning and improving of oneself. Reading, listening, doing things to increase skill/knowledge/ and expertise in a field. 🤔
