University administrators are competing fiercely to be the first and most vehement in blaming students for the inevitable flip to online classes.

J. Michael Haynie, Vice Chancellor for Strategic Initiatives and Innovation at Syracuse University, took a strong early lead.
To Syracuse's credit, they do have some testing plans in place.
