How can you know its quality?

I'll be answering these two questions in this thread.

Should you take multivitamins?

I don't think you should.

As you might have noticed,

When you take a multivitamin, your urine gets darker.

There is a reason for that.

Your body can't absorb that much nutrient at once.

For example,

Calcium and Magnesium compete with each other for absorption.

Your body usually excretes them.

So, it's not a very good idea to take your vitamins and minerals at once.

However...

You can take it if you want of course.

But be careful about its quality.

Because most of them are trash.

How can you know the quality of the product?

There are a couple of standards that I personally look at multivitamins.

1-Check its iron levels

If the product is high in iron, it's not good.

2-Check the Magnesium

Mag is most likely to be in the oxide form.

Trash form.

3-Check the Zinc

Zinc is also most likely to be in oxide form or aspartate or glutamate.

But %99 oxide

4-Check Vitamin B12

Good quality vitamin b12 is methylcobalamin.

But you probably see cyanocobalamin.

Cyanide+Cobalamin.

Cyanide is a poison btw.

Make sure to check out these things I talked about above if you're gonna buy a multivitamin.

Also, I recommend you to take your vitamins and minerals separately.

More complex=Less quality
