3 simple steps on how I enjoy & effectively use carbohydrates

[THREAD]
1. Backload my carbs for the evening.

Stay away from carbs during the day, this will keep you lazer focused and prevent those 1/2 pm nodding heads

If your like me and you get hungry in the evening this is also a great way to stay on track with macros/calories etc.
2. Eat carbs around training.

First point of call for your muscles is your glycogen stores AKA fast carbs

Keep them stocked up before training as well as after for muscle growth support & energy
3. Use carbs effectively for weight gain/loss

In the most simplest form:
Increase carbs to increase weight
Decrease carbs to decrease weight

Use carb cycling with training & rest days
