#CGM expires in an hour, so I'm taking a break from the carb experiments. It's been interesting, and revealed much about how I metabolize carb loads. I prefer flat and low to the elevated jagged curves and sometimes rapid dives of ordinary eating.
When the Kraft blood spot tests arrive, I'll post the #CGM curve from that day, along with the Kraft insulin/glucose curves from the lab.
