Morning Essentials | Thread 🚨

Regardless of how busy you are.

You are a human being first and in order to function optimally.

There are certain essentials to be done daily.

👇
By neglecting these for work, entertainment, or anything else.

You are actually putting yourself at a disadvantage.

It may seem like you are getting more done at first.

But in the big picture, it will always be better to implement these.
1. Sunlight

I cannot stress this enough.

The benefits of soaking yourself in the sun first thing in the morning for 10 minutes are unmatched.

Improves everything from mood to energy and productivity levels.
2. Hydrate

First thing in the morning you are at peak dehydration.

The average person will go for a cup of coffee before even drinking water.

Further dehydrating yourself.

Start the day with a 0.5-1L to hydrate your body and keep everything running smoothly.
3. Movement

The perfect way to prime your body to start the day.

Get the blood flowing to the body and heart rate up a notch.

Just a few stretches and movements for 5-10 minutes is enough.

I will show a few of my go-to's below:
The World Greatest Stretch:

If you are unfamiliar with any of these you can find videos with a quick youtube search.

Or reach out to me and I will send them your way.

20 total on each side
Open Book Stretch:

20 Total on Each side
Hold this position for 30 seconds 2 or 3 times.

Especially good if you work at a desk.
You can add in any variations of exercises you enjoy or stretches for certain body parts that you may feel need it most.

Listen to your body, all those aches and pains are signals.

I'll throw in a few jumping jacks or push-ups to finish off and get going.
This whole process will add 15-30 minutes to your morning and will put you in the optimal state of mind to tackle the day.

Follow this with your regular routine and you are good to go.
