Sleep is crucial for our overall mental & physical health, without it we don't function anywhere near our full capability

3 major tips which has really helped me improve my sleep

1. Limit Caffeine

Caffeine does not give you energy

Caffeine mutes the production of the chemical Adenosine, which promotes sleep & tells our body when we are tired

Although you may want to go to sleep, your body doesn't as the natural sleep cycle has been halted
2. Remove the blue light

We spend so much time looking at our screens, our bodies see this unnatural light & makes our brain believe it is still day time.

This could delay falling asleep by hours

Use the blue light filter on your device, or you can purchase blue light glasses
3. Stick to a routine

Make sure you are going to bed and waking up at the same time every day

Sleeping in on a weekend can have the same effect as a long-haul flight if it's continuously done
