Everything isn´t about blood sugar & insulin. Now, THAT would be a simple world, wouldn´t it? But #health is a matter of MANY things like gut flora, and you may not like it, but many sweet food sources like #honey, or #YaconSyrup are #prebiotic. 🍯
What´s EVEN MORE FUNNY is that some sweet food sources have a lower #GI than a freaking carrot & is more alkaline than your steak! 😱
