1. Move each day - A day without movement is a missed opportunity. Move your body daily

2. Quit lying - you’re lying to yourself each day when you justify poor decisions. Commit to being real and honest about why you’re eating poorly and not making time for your health
3. Set high standards - make it a point to think bigger. Living unhealthy isn’t truly living. Being in shape sets you apart from most people. Don’t be like everyone else. Set standards
4. Clean house - can’t control your cravings ? Clean out the pantry and fridge. Drastic measures are often required to get the ball rolling
5. Create an environment for success - surrounding yourself with people who eat and drink around the clock will only pull you down. If you want to be healthier and more fit - you need a support system that helps you stay on track
6. Turn off the TV and get off your phone. You claim that you have no time but in reality you have more than enough time to workout and eat well. You must carve out the time and protect it. Audit your day and avoid getting sucked into tv and phone time
7. Stop program hopping - stick to one program and don’t give up the second it gets difficult. Stay the course. Make small adjustments but keep your commitments
8. Don’t eat like a total asshole - Healthy Whole Foods should make up 90% of your diet. Your appetite and health will thank you. Processed food only makes losing weight harder
9. Invest in yourself. Learn how to be fit and get educated. Quit buying $20 ebooks hoping they will do the work for you. Invest in real coaching if you want maximum results. Spend money and get real help. Don’t be a cheap ass when it comes to your one and only body
10. Stay far away from people who claim one diet or one workout plan fixes everyone’s problems. Don’t get brainwashed by marketers and snake oil salesmen. All diets can work. All workouts can work. But will they work for you?
11. Stop drinking your calories. A protein shake is cool but a 600 calorie Frappuccino is flat out stupid. Quit smoking or vaping too. It’s awful for you
12. Walk more - walking is highly underrated. Get off your ass and move. Can’t walk? Ride a bike.
13. Stop bullshitting yourself by blaming others for your lack of results. You, and only you, are the only one capable of actually doing the work. Nobody is coming to babysit you or save you
14. Track your calories for 30 days. You do so many unhealthy things for years and years but you won’t track calories ?
15. Get out of your comfort zone. Being comfy only makes you weaker, fatter, lazier and less confident.
16. Learn proper mobility and stretching. You’ll feel like a whole new person
17. Train with weights. No you’re not going to look like the Rock or Arnold. Relax. You will look sexy tho
18. Have sex with the lights on. There’s your motivation champ
19. Read books at night - your brain needs exercise too
20. Trust the process - you didn’t get fat overnight. Getting in shape takes time. So give it the time it needs. What’s the rush? You’ll just end up back where you started if you try and cheat the system
21. Get Accountability - it’s easy to let yourself down but harder to let someone else down.
