1. During WW2, the United States Government ignored American opposition to Jewish refugee settlement and granted permanent residence to hundreds of thousands of Jews. Why did the Executive Branch of the US Government ignore the American people and let Jews into America?
2. In 1938, Americans were polled several times about accepting Jewish refugees from Central Europe. Nearly 70% of Americans that were polled wanted to keep Jews out of the US.
3. In a separate 1938 poll, cited from the book “Jews in the Mind of America,” 75% of US respondents said they opposed increasing the number of German Jews allowed to resettle in the United States.
4. In a 1939 Gallup Poll, 67% of Americans opposed accepting Jewish refugee children in the US.
5. Despite America's overwhelming opposition to Jewish imports, President Roosevelt let 250,000 Jews into America by the end of WW2 in 1945. This was largely due to pressure from the Jewish World Congress, media, & Secretary of the Treasury Department, Henry Morgenthau👇
6. Typically, the State Department deals with refugees, so why would Henry Morgenthau get involved with Jewish immigration as the Treasury Secretary? Because he was Jewish, and Jewish refugees sought him out for help BECAUSE he was a fellow Jew. This is what we call "tribalism."
7. Incidentally, this type of tribalism puts both communism and internationalism on its head. How can there exist a classless society with this innate tribalism? As Moses Hess said: "the race struggle is primary, the class struggle is secondary." I digress - back to Jew refugees.
8. In a 1946 Gallup poll, 76% of Americans opposed letting Jewish refugees into America.

President Truman ignored American sentiment & issued an executive order granting over 17,000 Jewish refugees citizenship to the US in 1946. Those concentration camps must have been bad 👇🤔
9. In 1947, the Minnesota Governor polled Midwest states about taking 10K Jewish refugees from Europe. A majority 57% replied "no" to only 24% "yes."

Months later, Congress passed the Displaced Persons Act granting 400,000 refugees permanent residence of which 100,000 were Jews.
10. After the Displaced Persons Act was passed, President Truman called for it to be amended to be more favorable towards Jews - directly opposing widespread American sentiment. Instead, Truman said it should be harsher on ethnic Germans. So he issued executive order # 10131 👇
11. Thus, the US Government was acting in the interests of a small cabal, not the American people at-large, who profusely rejected Jewish immigration. What type of moral and social views did the US Gov't import when settling Jews in America? Maybe we can get an idea with this 👇
12. Now there are 5.3M Jews in the US, or roughly 2% of the population. They account for 48% of US billionaires, 38% of the Supreme Court, 6% of Congress, & only .03% of the military. There are about the same number of Synogogues in the US as State & Federal courthouses (3,800)
13. The US Government is said to be a goverment "of the people, by the people, for the people," but the question is, which people? ⛔End.
