also, male-coded interests are seen as neutral. i had an art teacher who had us drawing trucks/trains & when i asked for a different assignment, he asked what i wanted to draw. when i said jane austen book covers he said he couldn't assign the class something so gender specific
i hope @Code_LikeAGirl thinks hard about if giving a platform to a man who'd like to exclude femininity from cs education is really the message they'd like to convey
