I have been made aware of cases similar to this and I have raised it with the General Secretary, waiting for a reply. 

It is deeply concerning that a major change has been made to procedures for CLP AGMs without it being discussed at the NEC.

It is even more concerning that the change could potentially disenfranchise CLPs from representation at Annual Conference, which is the sovereign decision-making body in the Party, which would be unconstitutional.
This, along with efforts by regional directors to run online AGMs directly on spurious grounds, forms part of a concerning pattern of behaviour by paid officials.
