Friendly reminder that the funding, time, and work put into @NASA's space exploration efforts directly impacts new technologies used to improve life and processes on Earth.
Here's a list of amazing technologies that were developed while creating @NASAPersevere.
Here's a list of amazing technologies that were developed while creating @NASAPersevere.

@Honeybee_Ltd developed a rotary percussive corer drill that is going to collect rock samples on Mars.
They even made this technology available to geologists on Earth! AND the drill bits they made for the rover's arm are commercialized for standard drills.

Next up we have @TempoAutomation. This is just a SIMULATED design for a circuit board, how cool is that.
While developing this for @NASA they discovered that this is a fantastic technology for other organizations to use to finalize board designs.

Photon Systems developed a spectroscopy technology for @NASAPersevere's search for bacteria or chemical traces. This technology is also being tested for Earth-usage in pharmaceuticals, machinery facilities, and more.
