POTUS is participating in a virtual G7 summit from the Sit Room this a.m., where 3 major topics will be Covid (and US contribution of up to $4B to COVAX), economic and climate crises, per a senior admin official. Public remarks to virtual Munich Security Conference at 11:15.
In Munich remarks, POTUS will touch on range of issues including Iran's nuclear program, Russian malign activity, competition w/China, and Afghanistan, per SAO. On Iran he will largely echo State Dept announcement that US is prepared to join talks, but won't lay out a timetable.
Per official, Biden will acknowledge to G7 that US democracy has been strained, a reference to Jan. 6, and that "words alone" won't be enough to convince US allies that "America is back" from isolationism of the Trump era. Will require "sustained" strengthening of institutions.
