Substance of the ruling on control isn't hugely surprising given how clear the previous findings were BUT concluding that working time (e.g for minimum wage purposes) is for any period when the app is turned on is at the worst end of Uber's fears
Although I should say the nature of the ruling on this point leaves scope for it being narrowly defined to the point in time that this case relates to (ie when the drivers couldnt have been logged onto multiple taxi apps)
