We all know women’s jobs and earnings have been hit really hard by Covid, the question is how are we going to bring them back? It will take at least four things (with thanks to all of you who shared your thoughts):
1. Government actions…
2. Employers…
3. Those in recruitment...
4. Women...
This is an moment of great potential - we have a real chance to reset all of the ways we work for the better. But we’ll screw it up unless lots of male leaders also get it.
