form a United Mujahideen Front but the internecine war between the Mujahideen leaders ruined all the efforts for peace. In mid 1990s, Masoud allowed Bin Laden to move from Sudan to Afghanistan. He and Rabbani also supported Mullah Umar by giving $1 million in cash in 1994.
