I'm mainly into SPACs searching for a merger as I feel the ROI is very high even if someone is diversified. I never trim any of my SPAC position before any news but almost always do something upon "in-talks"/DA news. Here is my current portfolio $ACIC (warrants) $ACND (warrants)
$ACTC (warrants) $AGCB (commons) $AJAX (commons & warrants) $ALTU (warrants) $AONE (warrants) $AVAN (commons and warrants) $BTAQ (commons and warrants) $BTNB (commons; they don't have warrants) $BTWN (commons and warrants) $BWAC (commons and warrants; small position)
$CCAC (commons and warrants) $CCIV (commons) $CLII (warrants) $CMLF (commons and warrants) $CND (warrants) $CONX (warrants) $COVAU (units) $CPSR (commons and warrants) $CPUHU (units) $CTAC (warrants) $CTAQ (warrants) $DCRB (warrants) $DGNS (commons) $DMYI (commons and warrants)
$ENFAU (units) $EQD (warrants) $ERES (warrants) $ETAC (commons and warrants) $FAII (warrants) $FCAC (commons and warrants) $FMAC (commons and warrants) $FPAC (warrants) $FTCV (warrants) $FTOC (commons and warrants) $FUSE (warrants) $GFX (units and warrants) $GIK (warrants)
$GNPK (warrants) $GOAC (warrants) $GSAH (commons and warrants) $HAAC (units, commons and warrants) $HCAR (commons and warrants) $HIGA (warrants) $HTPA (warrants) $HZAC (warrants) $HZON (commons and warrants) $IIAC (warrants) $IMPX (commons and warrants) $IPOD (warrants)
$IPOE (commons and warrants) $IPOF (commons and warrants) $KINZ (warrants) $KWAC (warrants) $LEAP (warrants) $LFTR (commons and warrants) $LUXA (warrants) $MAAC (commons and warrants) $MOTV (warrants) $MRAC (warrants) $MTAC (commons and warrants) $OCA (warrants) $PACXU (units)
$PAQCU (units) $PDAC (warrants) $PHIC (warrants) $PIAI (warrants) $PIPP (commons) $PRPB (warrants) $PSTH (commons and warrants) $QELL (units, commons and warrants) $RICE (warrants) $RTPZ (commons and warrants) $SCLEU (units) $SCOA (warrants) $SFTW (warrants) $SLACU (units)
$SNPR (warrants) $SOAC (warrants) $SPNV (commons and warrants) $STWO (warrants) $SV (warrants) $SVFA (commons) $SVOK (commons and warrants) $TACA (warrants) $TEKK (warrants) $TINV (warrants) $TREB (warrants) $TWCT (warrants) $TWND (warrants) $VACQ (warrants) $VCVC (warrants)
$VYGG (commons and warrants) $XPOA (commons and warrants) $ZNTE (units, commons and warrants) $ZWRKU (units)...thats all (only 97 SPACs)🤣🤣 Many people feel that diversification can dilute your profit and it does to some extent but I'm mainly into warrants..
and cannot afford not being diversified. Warrants is a high risk-high reward space. Also, 90% of my portfolio is into SPACs searching for a merger because the ROI is very high (if make an early entry), imo. Upon "in-talk"/DA news, most of the time I (at least) trim or get out.
I NEVER trim before any news, I keep on adding on every dip. In the last 45 days, my portfolio red on only 3 days (last time it dipped was on some day in the first week of February). That being said, my model is working and am happy with my returns.
Since, I'm primarily into SPACs searching for a merger, so, I cannot have 100% conviction towards any SPAC irrespective of the amount of DD. Who thought Chamath gonna bring $CLOV or $APSG or $DGNR or $PACE ended up with a not-so-sexy merger, though, all these are amazing SPACs.
I've a very simple strategy, pick quality SPACs (excellent team + >$200M trust value + sexy/emerging markets target focus AND early entry). Timing is extremely important with warrants. My price range for warrants is $1-$2.5, anything outside this range I don't buy..period
There are tons of great SPACs why chase any?? Being disciplined is very important is every facet of the life, especially, when investing/trading with these kind of stocks (volatile). I received multiple DMs on which is my top 5/top 10 picks? I truly like all of these...
I never pick any SPAC without at least reading their S-1. Among these SPACs (listed above), whenever they dip AND falls into my buying zone then I buy.
