Here is my process since many of you asked. It is simple. 5 Steps:

I try to look for very high quality companies (30% growth Rev + EPS) Or one of my 15 screeners - opportunistic (explain later)

2. Validate:
I try to check growth (consistency) and basic financials check
I will also go their website and read as much as I can
I will gather some market reports - @skaushi is a star at this.
I try to also check for future growth expectations - marketbeat helps you there

3. Verify:
I moved away from other tools to @KoyfinCharts and @fintel_io - to check for comparables to other companies + to check if the "big money - hedge funds, etc." are buying
Check @PatternProfits if you want to skip this steps and only get his "verified" strong names

4. Watch
I check twitter for sentiment - what are folks saying about it. I check the chart experts - they are many, so I wont name them all. @ripster47 and @traderstewie are 2.
I also check charts - I am learning that. See @alphatrends for videos to learn charting

5. Average In.
I am trying to automate buying and selling, but in the meanwhile I buy 1/4 position, 1/2 position - over multiple buys sometime and then 1/4 position
