Real or REAL idk which one - 10/10

Well what can i say, another masterpiece by Takehiko Inoue that revolves around three teenagers who have passion through basketball/wheelchair basketball with much more character development in a realistic setting.
Tomomi Nomiya, a high school dropout who has no reason to live after an accident that cause a girl paralyzed. Short temper and always involved a fights with his teammate.
He tried his best to correct of what happened in the past but he always failed to it.
Kiyoharu Togawa, who used to be the fastest runner of his school turned out later diagnosed with osteosarcoma (bone tumour on his right leg). He was introduced to basketball after meeting to Tora who has the same diagnose and own a wheelchair basketball team called 'Tigers'.
Hisanobu Takahashi, the bully and also Nomiya's teammate. Being an asshole and sarcasm to others, makes it very hard to like him at first. But all that change later on when he was hit by truck while stolen a person's bycycle which caused him paralysed from the chest down.
The realistic setting of the story is phenomenal. Inoue knows really well how to make the readers hate and love the characters throughout the story, we can tolerates of every actions they do. Ngl i hated Hisanobu's personality, but now i care and want him to keep moving forward.
As for the artwork, yeah no question about it, it's Inoue after all.
Reading REAL itself is a very emotional journey. It's hard for me to hold back my tears. The physical disabilities and mental conditions that the characters struggle against is so realistic and hard to bare. It's more focus on human drama side rather than basketball itself.
So in conclusion, YOU NEED TO READ REAL.
