The so-called experts keep telling us that flu is gone because of social distancing/masks. It didn't stop covid but it did stop flu which is less transmissible, goes the argument.

But flu has returned to the areas where covid is less prevalent.

But Europe and the Americas have remained zero-flu despite their awful attempts at suppressing covid.

The number of samples in some regions is quite small, but this is not the pattern we would expect to see if the experts were right.
