This is my personal observation. Some points might not be suspicious by themselves but in summary it can be.
Not all accounts who might meet some of the criterias are antis or clout chasers but those are definitely red flags.
Decide for yourself, and do your research!

1. Dn, icon and @
It's the first that catches our eyes and there are a few common things that can expose them.
Random numbers like @/bts7642576 or generic dn's like BTSLover can be a hint. Sometimes they don't even put the effort in to use a BTS related icon

2. Following
The following can be very telling. First look at the date when the acc was created. A new acc with very few followers (often 0 to 5) or a very huge following (several k) is sus.

2. Who are they following, who is following them?
- doesn't follow BTS or any official BTS related acc but a lot of ARMY's
- follows only official acc but no ARMY's
- follows many official acc from random groups and/or artists
- follows known anti acc (g*ve aw@y h0sts)
- doesn't follow BTS or any official BTS related acc but a lot of ARMY's

3. What are they tweeting?
- only retwt but never tweets something themselves
- only twt superficial things like visuals or very random but never fandom related or about the music
- doesn't seem to communicate with moots/has no twt friends
- wants you to tag friends or follow+

4. Likes
Look at their likes if they are liking hate twt, victimizer twt or other morally questionable topics it's an instant block

Lastly I want to warn you about acc who will tag you under twt demanding you to unfollow because said person is an anti or OT6.
Always practice critical thinking, use this advice to decide yourself if you should unfollow or not.

I forgot to mention the bio
- has just a few words in their bio (like "fanaccount" but nothing else)
- is advertising something or has links in their bio
Also be cautious about private acc following you and acc who are desperately trying to gain followers fast!

I wanna add something to DM's. Never click on links which were sent to you if you don't know this person well!
