There is no such thing as a post-menopausal period. Period. Any bleeding after menopause (when you haven't had a period for more than 12 months) is an abnormal bleed & should get checked. It's probably nothing serious, but it could be a sign of womb, cervical or vaginal cancer
Ask Eve's Karen came up with a great way to remember which is which. The vagina is the internal canal between the entrance to the womb (the cervix), and the outside of the body, where the vulva is. Vagina has the word IN in it to help you remember, vagINa.
Bloating? Yes, even though we more commonly associate bloating with problems with digestion and our bowels, it can be a symptom of #ovariancancer. It probably isn't cancer, but catching it as early as possible is really important, so it's worth getting checked, just in case
