Pisces can be frustrating signs. They can definitely be frustrating for rational and good reason, but they can also be frustrating because Pisces can show us the bravery it takes to constantly test human limits. To be frank, most of us aren't brave enough.
Who would be brave enough to extend compassion to a person who has wronged them repeatedly? Who would be brave enough to test the truth that humans cannot truly understand the experience of another?
Who would be brave enough to accept the ambiguity of life rather than searching for futile answers? Who would be brave enough to admit that their own feelings don't fully encompass the whole situation they're in, and they must understand where others come from? Pisces.
Signs by Jupiter are truth seekers. Sagittarius finds the truth by releasing an arrow of inquiry into the sky and bravely seeing where it lands. Pisces however travels in a labyrinth of mist and fog, accepting the lack of definition of truth.
The accusation of Pisces being too accepting of the unacceptable and unhealthy is a valid criticism of them. Usually, this critique comes from the fear of being too weak to change your peril. But Pisces is not a weak sign. Pisces is not weak at all.
Pisces is a little too strong for any of us. There's merit in always trying to change your fate, but do you know what's harder than trying to change your fate? Accepting it. Accepting one's true limits and inability is a painful, yet true indicator of strength and humility.
Pisces is a scientist of experience. Pisces tests the limits of the unknown, and questions the truths in life by testing themselves into situations people put themselves in. They're the ones who test life, yet they also accept the results when their attempts are futile.
Someone looking from afar would describe Pisces as naive, or maybe even stupid. How else would you judge a sign that jumps straight into a futile situation knowingly? Wouldn't they know any better? Why would they go out and risk harm to themselves?
Pisces is the type of sign that would do anything for answers. As a sign who is aware of ambiguity and nuance, they know that the truth does not come often and clearly. They'll risk anything to get the truth, even if they know that risk is painful.
With so many risky expeditions to find the truth of situations, you would wonder what Pisces would gain from any of this. Well, ask yourself this: Is the seemingly naive, weak, and soft appearance of a Pisces an honest appearance?
People have the nerve to call Pisces naive, yet they get so angry and surprised when they underestimate a Pisces and things don't go in their favor. It's not like Pisces goes headfirst into their risky experiments and learns nothing!
With all of the situations they put themselves into with people sneering from behind, Pisces actually gain a lot of relational wisdom and patience many people don't actually hold. They see the humanity in the worst people. They see themselves in everyone.
The fact that Pisces can see themselves in many people can make them truly powerful. They've mastered the art of understanding. They can use that mastery to build someone up, but also that same mastery to break someone down.
However, before you get scared, a Pisces is not only powerful enough to destroy others, but they are also powerful enough to destroy themselves. It's not something to romanticize or glamourize. It's something to be mindful of. You must be mindful of your own power.
Pisces naturally poses the following questions: What if the only thing that held us back from fully understanding the truth is existing in a body? What if the only thing that held us back from truly understanding another is not having a sense of self in the first place?
We may see Pisces's attempts to shed their ego and sense of self as destructive. But as long as Pisces remembers who they are, they will never get lost in their search for the truth. A Pisces doesn't see their actions as self-destruction, but a refashioning of who they are.
Who knows, maybe we're the close-minded ones. Maybe we've been convinced that the human body is a limited vessel with limited functions. Maybe a Pisces knows something we don't. Maybe we're more flexible and powerful than we thought. A Pisces would be the first to know.
