They may still tell Centerpoint and Oncor that they'll need to shed power. So be prepared for outages. But the situation is getting better.

I am most concerned about people without insurance and have suffered a lot of water related damage in their home when frozen pipes burst and caused ceiling and damage throughout the home.

. @HouPublicWorks Director Carol Haddock: we are working to stabilize our water pressure to 25 or 26 PSI. It is our goal to be above 30 PSI by the end of the day. But that will depend on all Houstonians. We need you to use water only when you need to.

Per @FireChiefofHFD, @HFD has received over 250 calls regarding carbon monoxide poisoning this week. 17 of those were just last night.
