it looks like the sims 2 isn’t coming back on origin (i have no idea as to why) so i have some workarounds for you to still be able to play it bc it is my comfort game
2. second hand shops, ebay, amazon for disk copies. CEX sells the sims 2 for pretty cheap. if you don’t have a disk drive, you can pick one up an external hard drive on amazon
when you DO get it installed, if it’s on windows 10 it is NOT going to work and you’re gonna need to do some work. search for sims 2 4gb patch and sims 2 graphics rules maker. @TheSimCommunity also has an article on how to make it run better
It would be my dream for the sims 2 to come back, I can sink more hours into that game than any other sims game. But no game changer has the answer, we have asked multiple times for it to come back, and I’m just as in the dark as everyone else as to why it isn’t on origin
This is a bold tweet to post but I’m at breaking point. EA needs to step up with transparency. I am in no way trained to represent EA and yet the lack of transparency has created an environment where game changers are the ONLY place for simmers to go to to air their grievances
