The reason it affects #ISACSartists is that this decision will determine the future possibility of #InsuranceOffer and diversity of #InsuranceProduct in #Ireland.
#ISACSmembers involved in #CircusEducation can only purchase insurance from one provider and that provider can only sell insurance for activities which operate under 1.5 metres
Have you ever enjoyed appreciating the skills and talent and dexterity of acrobatics, aerial dance, tightwire, stiltwalking in #Circus?
Do you realise that it takes a lot of training and education to acquire those physical skills?
Do you imagine you could train for those skills with a 1.5 metre height limit?
This current #Insurance situation means that Ireland and all those who support the development of the #Arts - @artscouncil_ie @culture_ireland @creativeirl @DeptCulturelRL @cathmartingreen are losing the next generation of #CircusArtists
We along with our colleagues in @InsuranceRefIre ask for #equality #fairness #transparency and #Justice to be done by the Judicial Council itself this weekend, so that all citizens of Ireland have #access to a suitable insurance product.
We ask for a reduction in the level of awards of 80% to bring us in line with other comparable jurisdictions.

It is URGENT.

It has gone on for TOO LONG.

Let us train the #FutureArtists of Ireland.
