One reason Christian orgs (eg. RZIM) sweep negative reports under the rug is that they fear damage to their reputation or to The Brand.
But here's the thing: I think humility, transparency, and truth-telling, followed by repairing any harm *is a great brand* esp for a Chr org
But here's the thing: I think humility, transparency, and truth-telling, followed by repairing any harm *is a great brand* esp for a Chr org
aren't we *Gospel* people? Isn't *that* our brand? So why are we afraid of truth, confession, repentance, forgiveness, and repair? That's literally our thing. Jesus died on the cross so that we don't have to prop up a false image of perfection.
Can that be our brand?
