As I told @BBCr4today, these are people who we went out to clap for every Thursday evening. Those with long Covid now find themselves unable to do their work, having spent their time saving lives. We also need to urgently find out how many people have long Covid in the UK - all we have are estimates at the moment. This is the least we should be doing for people living with long Covid. @AppgCoronavirus first raised many of these concerns with the PM in August, and we still don't have accurate reporting or recognition in the welfare system.
